We are looking to hire a responsible and experienced Bus Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day bus operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing drivers and conductors, scheduling duties, ensuring timely maintenance of buses, and maintaining accurate operational and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage daily duty rosters for drivers and conductors
• Ensure smooth and timely operation of all buses
• Coordinate and send buses for regular maintenance and repairs
• Monitor vehicle fitness, permits, insurance, and compliance requirements
• Maintain complete records of daily collections, expenses, fuel, and payments
• Supervise staff discipline, attendance, and performance
• Handle operational issues and resolve on-ground problems efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
• Submit regular operational and financial reports to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bus or transport operations
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations effectively
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Honest, reliable, and accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
