Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vasai for a Manager - Wood Production (Retail Furniture Fixtures). The selected candidate will oversee and manage wood production processes, plan and allocate resources efficiently, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with other teams to meet production targets. The role involves supervising the production team, managing timelines, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality processes.

• Expertise in Quality Control, Process Optimization, and Lean Manufacturing
• Team Management, Leadership, and People Skills
• Project Management and Problem-Solving Skills
• Advanced knowledge of relevant production machinery and technology
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality standards
• Previous experience in furniture or retail fixture production is preferred
• Technical diploma or degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or relevant field
