Manager - Wellness

As an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager - Wellness in the insurance broking field at Emedlife Insurance Broking Services Limited, your role will involve designing and implementing corporate wellness programs, managing employee wellness initiatives, collaborating with clients to customize health and wellness solutions, and overseeing budgeting and resource allocation for wellness services. You will be expected to have expertise in Health & Wellness and Employee Wellness programs, skills in Customer Service and Communication, proficiency in Budgeting and resource management, and the ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored wellness solutions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and additional certifications in health or wellness management are an advantage. Experience in insurance broking or employee wellness sectors is highly preferred.
