Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design visual communication across print, digital, and in-store media.
  • Develop cohesive visual narratives for collections and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency in color palette, typography, and visual hierarchy across all assets.

Visual Merchandising

  • Conceptualize

    store experiences and display stories

    that evoke warmth, authenticity, and modern Indian sophistication.
  • Design planograms, window displays, and VM toolkits aligned with seasonal themes.
  • Partner with the retail team to translate brand stories into immersive visual journeys.

Packaging Design

  • Design product packaging, sleeves, tags, and gift boxes that feel premium, tactile, and intentional.
  • Explore materials, textures, and finishes that enhance

    sensory appeal

    and reflect sustainability.
  • Build scalable packaging systems that can adapt across collections and price tiers.

Art Direction & Brand Storytelling

  • Support campaign photoshoots, styling, and layout design with an eye for

    composition, light, and detail

  • Bring emotional depth to visuals — where minimalism meets storytelling.
  • Keep abreast of global and Indian trends in luxury lifestyle, slow design, and home dcor.

Who You Are

  • A visual thinker with an

    eye for detail and emotion

    — someone who can make simplicity look sophisticated.
  • Skilled in

    Adobe Creative Suite

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of 3D visualization or VM tools is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    home dcor, lifestyle, design, or boutique branding studios

    .
  • Comfortable balancing conceptual design with execution.
  • Deep appreciation for

    craft, culture, materials, and mindful aesthetics.
