Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Visa based in New Delhi. The Manager-Visa will be responsible for overseeing visa application processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing guidance to clients regarding their visa options. The role involves managing a team of visa consultants, staying updated on policy changes, and maintaining relationships with embassies and consulates. The Manager-Visa will also handle escalations, ensure accurate and efficient processing of applications, and provide training to the team on visa-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in visa application processes, immigration laws, and compliance
• Team management, leadership, and training skills
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle escalations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of visa policies and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Experience working with embassies and consulates is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
