Manager Video Content Creation

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Manager – Video Content

Creator for the development and execution of impactful video content that supports the

marketing and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Creation & Editing

 Conceptualize, script, and storyboard marketing and product-related videos.

 Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including:

o Promotional product films

o Event highlights and corporate presentations

o Social media-ready content and product teasers

 Create short, engaging video clips optimized for various channels including:

o Internal platforms (Intranet, internal WhatsApp groups)

o External platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

 Use animations and infographics to visualize complex medical/scientific concepts in a

simple, engaging way.

 Maintain a consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all video content.

2. Video Strategy & Campaign Integration

 Develop a content calendar and video strategy aligned with marketing campaigns and

product launches.

 Work closely with the stakeholder and teams to ensure video content supports broader

marketing goals.

 Adapt and repurpose video content for multiple formats, audiences, and channels.
