Manager- Value Enhancement

The role holder will lead the common Value Enhancement processes across the company including Marico India and all its international geographies. You will be a part of the MarVal team and will lead Value enhancement initiatives across the value chain. You should possess a Post-Graduation/ PG Diploma in Management, preferably in Operations. A Consulting background is preferred along with at least 2-3 years of experience in areas of operations, process improvement, and cost reduction. Your key deliverables will involve ideating, co-creating, and helping implement Value Enhancement Initiatives across India and International businesses. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the savings and acting as a Project Management Office (PMO) Member for the Marval project to ensure successful delivery. Building capability in the organization for continuous enhancement & institutionalization of the initiative will be another crucial aspect. Additionally, evaluating business processes amenable to the use of technology and improving efficiency in chosen processes with the help of IT levers to drive value will be expected from you. You should have a good understanding of the key levers of the FMCG Supply value chain across Operations/Manufacturing, Commercial/Supply Chain, and the front end. Familiarity with cost levers and processes driving the FMCG business, as well as product and process knowledge, is essential. Your ability to leverage non-reporting relationships, handle conflict, possess strong analytical skills, and see the big picture across various processes will be valuable. You should also demonstrate the ability to deal with ambiguity, drive change, exhibit opportunity-seeking behavior, be boundaryless, and pursue excellence. In terms of reporting relationships, you will report to the Head of MarVal. You will also be required to interface with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, technology (R&D, Quality), Sales & Marketing Teams, International Business Units, other members of the PMO in India, Unit PMO, and IT teams.,
