Manager - UX design

About you: - You have 8+ years of related work experience as a Designer, UI/UX, or a similar role. - You possess expertise in UX design, visual design, and interaction design across multiple digital platforms. - You have 3+ years of experience managing designers with a track record of empowering your team to succeed. - You are knowledgeable in FIGMA, Adobe suite, program management tools like Confluence and Jira, and Agile methodologies. - You have expertise in AA WCAG compliance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are open to travel and team leadership at client sites in various geographies. - You have expert knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, and strong problem-solving skills. - You hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
