As a Manager - US Audit in the Healthcare Industry based in Chandigarh IT Park, you will play a crucial role in leading expense audit, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking, auditing, and documenting every business expense accurately. - Detecting potential cost-saving opportunities and identifying cases of misuse or theft. - Collaborating with finance, procurement, HR, and operations teams to implement expense control strategies. - Presenting detailed audit findings, financial reports, and actionable recommendations to management. - Reviewing vendor contracts, advertising spends, and operational costs regularly to optimize expenses. - Ensuring adherence to US operational standards and company policies in financial processes. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, or operational cost control (US Healthcare domain preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. - Familiarity with expense tracking tools and accounting software. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. - High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work with confidential information.
