Manager - US Audit

As a Manager US Audit at our Healthcare Industry company located in Chandigarh IT Park, you will be responsible for leading expense audit, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Your role will involve meticulously tracking and auditing every business expense, identifying areas of waste or overspending, and providing actionable solutions to control costs and enhance profitability. Your key responsibilities will include accurately tracking, auditing, and documenting all business expenses, detecting potential cost-saving opportunities, collaborating with various teams to implement expense control strategies, presenting detailed audit findings and recommendations to management, reviewing vendor contracts and operational costs regularly, and ensuring adherence to US operational standards and company policies in financial processes. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, or operational cost control, preferably within the US Healthcare domain. You must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, familiarity with expense tracking tools and accounting software, strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, as well as a high attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
