As the Manager-Transitions at our organization in Hyderabad, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions. Your responsibilities include: - Leading transition projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams - Overseeing the development and implementation of transition plans - Providing guidance and support to enhance team understanding - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies - Analyzing outcomes to identify areas for improvement - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations - Utilizing MS Office tools to create reports and presentations - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Monitoring timelines and budgets - Coordinating with external partners and vendors - Supporting the development of training materials - Evaluating transition strategies and recommending improvements - Driving the adoption of best practices in transition management Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in MS Office - Experience in business operations, particularly in Business Owners Policy and Auto Claims - Understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance - Capability in managing complex projects - Excellent communication skills - Track record of managing transitions in a hybrid work environment - Ability to work effectively during night shifts Certifications Required: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in transition management,
