Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the Q-VOC Sales and AS KPI objectives by strategizing, planning actions, overseeing implementation by stakeholders, and evaluating effectiveness. You will also manage customer complaints by capturing VOC from sources like CEC, Email, and letters, analyzing complaints, conducting root cause analysis, strategizing to reduce complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction, as well as creating visibility on VOC. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing strategies for Q-VOC Sales & AS KPI achievement - Planning and implementing actions based on the strategies - Analyzing customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis - Strategizing to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction - Managing and reviewing the CEC process and PDCA with the CEC Team - Launching customer feedback surveys for CEC - Preparing MIS for CQ and coordinating with the region team for various CQ activities If there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please share them for a more comprehensive understanding.
