Manager - Trade Sales Colour Coated Steel

• Develop sales targets and allocate gross to net and promotion budgets by channel, customers, and product lines

Products: High End Galvanizing Lines & Colour Coated steel Markets to be Covered: Complete Indian wholesale retail markets Target Audience: Wholesale & Retail customers

• Manage pricing execution and trade promotions
• Lead innovation commercialization, leveraging information from the Brand Development team
• Develop materials for line reviews and other critical customer meetings to drive the category development strategy into action
• Manage weekly coordination points with key accounts
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts
• Develop and execute gap closing activities to ensure budget delivery
• Lead yearly deep dives with Customer Development team on innovation and core products opportunities and education
• Participate in key accounts relationship management and evolution
• Responsible for translating and localizing One Execution Plan into powerful local commercial plan across channels and customers.
• Appointing new Dealers and Distributers.
• Organising Dealers and Distributers meet and capitalising that.
• Rolling out various promotional activities
• Credit terms and conditions to be strictly followed.

Job Specification :-

• 5 years of trade marketing/sales planning/merchandising experience
• Experience in training delivery & content creation preferred
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
• Any Graduate having 5-10 years of exposure into Handling Vendors and customers.
• Must have customer knowledge in segments of sandwich panel, metal false ceiling, clean rooms, industrial doors, bus body, white goods, etc.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
