Job Description

You will be responsible for handling 5+ years of MV AIS switchgear Tendering, proposal, and Estimation. Your primary role will be to provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day activities of the tendering team. This includes efficiently processing customer Request For Quotations to meet their requested date. In case you are unable to meet the customer's requested date, it is crucial to escalate the issue to the Tender Manager for further review. Your duties will involve interpreting customer specifications to ensure that the correct requirements are delivered. Any ambiguities in the specifications must be clarified with the opportunity leader before uploading the Request For Quotation in the bFO system. You should also ensure that both the customer and opportunity leader are informed of any non-compliance in the offer. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all Terms and Conditions align with the standard requirements. Any deviations from the standard Terms and Conditions should be brought to the attention of the Tendering Manager before the offer is uploaded to the bFO system. Additionally, you will be required to prepare handover documents according to the ETO Toolbox Classification and attend handover meetings as a representative from the tendering team. As part of your role, you should actively engage in self-development opportunities, whether through Schneider University, e-learning programs, or external training sessions. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E in Electrical with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Tendering or the Switchgear Industry. This full-time position is based in Gujarat, Vadodara, with an ongoing unposting date.,
