It is essential to process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer's requested date. In case you are unable to meet the customer's requested date, you should escalate the issue to the Tender Manager for review. Your duties will also include interpreting customer specifications to ensure that the correct requirements are delivered. Any ambiguities should be clarified with the opportunity leader before uploading the Request For Quotation in bFO. You must ensure that both the customer and the opportunity leader are informed about any non-compliance in the offer. As part of your responsibilities, you should ensure that all Terms and Conditions align with the standard requirements. Any deviations from the standard Terms and Conditions must be brought to the attention of the Tendering Manager before the offer is uploaded to bFO. Additionally, you will be required to prepare handover documents as per the ETO Toolbox Classification and attend handover meetings as a representative from the tendering team.
