Job Description

You will be responsible for handling MV AIS switchgear Tendering, proposal, and estimation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Your main role will be to provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day operations of the tendering team. This includes efficiently processing customer Request For Quotations to meet the customer's requested date. In case of inability to meet the requested date, you are expected to escalate the issue to the Tender Manager for further review. It will be your responsibility to interpret customer specifications accurately to ensure that the correct requirements are delivered. Any ambiguities in the specifications should be clarified with the opportunity leader before uploading the Request For Quotation in bFO. You must also ensure that both the customer and the opportunity leader are informed of any non-compliance in the offer. Another important aspect of your role will be to ensure that all Terms and Conditions are in line with the standard requirements. Any deviations from the standard Terms and Conditions should be brought to the attention of the Tendering Manager before the offer is uploaded to bFO. Additionally, you will be required to prepare handover documents as per ETO Toolbox Classification and attend handover meetings as a representative from the tendering team. To enhance your skills and knowledge, you will be encouraged to undertake self-development activities, which may include training programs offered by Schneider University, e-learning modules, or external training opportunities.
