Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible for guiding the sales team, bringing in new business, and making sure the company meets its sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team handling : Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Target planning : Set sales goals and ensure the team works towards them.
  • New client generation : Find new customers, follow up with leads, and close deals.
  • Training the team : Teach the team about products, sales techniques, and daily activities.
  • Performance tracking : Review team performance, daily reports, and conversion rate.
  • Client meetings : Attend client calls/meetings to finalize deals and maintain relationships.
  • Sales strategy : Plan weekly/monthly action plans to increase revenue.
  • Coordination : Work with marketing, CRM, and accounts teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Problem solving : Handle customer concerns and help the team resolve issues quickly.
  • Reporting : Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
