Our expertise includes IBM backup and storage media solutions, media tape accessories like barcode labels and storage safes, and backup tape libraries and drives. Additionally, we manage rate contracts for IT peripherals and accessories.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Tech Sales and Business Development located in Noida, Sector 62. The Manager will oversee technical sales, manage key accounts, provide technical support, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving the growth of sales and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales skills - enterprise sales
• Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Technical Sales Support experience - server storage solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and Delhi NCR
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry/ system integration company is a plus
