As an Enterprise Architecture professional, you will play a crucial role in executing client projects or supporting Engagement Manager/ Director in project execution onsite/ offsite. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely completion and implementation of projects from an Enterprise Architecture perspective, all while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recommending and participating in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture (EA). This may involve setting up an EA function and/or implementing the EA strategy/roadmap. - Managing, utilizing, and maintaining IT/technology architecture models. - Researching ICT solutions in the market for specific technical requirements and business needs. - Implementing IT/technology architecture strategies for banks. - Directing IT/technology architecture activities standards. - Advising on enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies. - Analyzing, evaluating, and developing enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Sharing best practices, updating technical system architecture requirements, and managing Architecture Working Groups. Qualifications required for this role are: - 12-16 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture advisory services. - MBA/M.Tech or equivalent management degree. - Experience in managing public sector units/banks, RFPs, vendor selection and management. - Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and customer-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to collaborate effectively. - Ability to work under pressure, produce high-quality results, and commitment to continuous learning. - TOGAF certification is mandatory.
