Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - TAX - National - TAX - ITTS to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and advisory services, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead the tax team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax savings for clients.
Provide expert advice on tax-related matters, including income tax returns, corporate taxes, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance and minimize tax risks.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of taxation principles, laws, and regulations, including income tax, corporate taxes, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in managing tax teams and providing expert tax advice to clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
