Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.EY has competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical ExcellenceEY is looking for a Manager in Transfer Pricing in the Financial Services vertical, for a lead role in execution of client portfolio, and whose responsibility will include guiding, supervising, motivating and developing a team of 3-6 people.Key responsibilities:- Develop client portfolio - Creating / managing independent relationships with clients and building broad networks within the firm- Proficient in Transfer Pricing legislation and should have technical knowledge of Transfer Pricing- Manage a team responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation studies, including delegating and reviewing work, managing each member's workload and mentoring and training staffSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualificationA qualified Chartered Accountant or MBAExperience5-8 years of relevant Transfer Pricing and International Tax experience assignments and, or experience in handling litigation for transfer pricing cases before tax authorities at different levels. Prior experience of Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
