Role & responsibilities

Develop Supply Plan from set of manufacturing facilities spread across, 3rd Party MFG Set up basis Demand , Strategic Inventory Build up goal and Inventory Norms
No of Active SKU in Planning- 700 , No of Sales Channels Serviced 7 , Mix of MTO and MTS model based Production Plan with Seasonality index of Business, Critical Input contributor to S&OP process
Scheduling production on weekly basis marrying the capacity, RM and other constraints as part of Critical Planning Owner .
Rough Cut Production Planning for 3-4 months forward plan for capacity and long lead time availability triggers to Procurement Teams
Working on Mould Level , Mapping Plan with Multiple Constrain level Mapping , Timely Supply constrain Alerts
Working closely on Distribution Planning , Direct Factory Dispatch Models
Working closely on Sub Channel Fill Rate improvements , Growing Channels Business model support in terms of Inventory Planning , Demand Fluctuations , Regular Intervals Planning inputs modifications
Planning cycle management of new product launches and product phase outs
Control and manage inventory levels collaboratively with Inventory and Demand Consumption teams .
Establishing processes/ systems for streamlining production/supply activities
Participate in capacity planning and analysis, highlighting constraints & excess capacity
