Manager - Structures

Role Overview: As a Manager Structures at Godrej Properties Limited, your primary responsibility will be to review structural schemes for various residential projects, ensuring structural efficiency and buildability. You will also conduct in-house peer reviews of structural engineering deliverables from consultants, including design basis reports, geotechnical reports, analysis models, design calculations, reinforcement detailing, and GFC drawings. Your role will involve conducting literature surveys/studies on structural analysis and design advancements, national and international codes/standards, current global trends, and new technologies. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support costing, contracts, procurement, planning, quality, and safety to maintain control over project cost, time, quality, and safety. Your duties will also include reviewing retrofitting schemes, developing engineering management processes, working on organizational level initiatives, and validating structural quantities. Key Responsibilities: - Review structural schemes for residential projects to ensure efficiency and buildability - Conduct in-house peer reviews of structural engineering deliverables - Conduct literature surveys/studies on structural analysis, design advancements, and codes/standards - Collaborate cross-functionally to support various project aspects - Review retrofitting schemes - Develop engineering management processes - Work on organizational level initiatives for standardization, cost optimization, and construction time reduction - Validate structural quantities Qualification Required: - B.E. (Civil Engineering) / M.
