Job Description

As a Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange at Mastercard, your role involves supporting the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet business requirements on Mastercard's clearing platform. You will collaborate with senior leads to analyze business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and contribute to the technical delivery process. Your responsibilities include bridging the gap between business and technology groups, validating system changes, and ensuring system functionalities align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and implementation of technical solutions focusing on performance, maintainability, and scalability - Collaborate with senior leads to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications - Assist in requirement gathering, implementation, and post-go-live activities - Bridge the gap between business and technology groups for clear communication and mutual understanding - Review technical bulletins, documentation, and knowledge base articles - Validate system changes to ensure alignment with business requirements Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement In addition, as a member of the Mastercard team, you are responsible for corporate security. You are expected to abide by security policies, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings accordingly.,
