Manager - Store

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the store department by maintaining excellent 5s standards, inventory accuracy, and meeting all statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage store and dispatch activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the store department with the help of the team - Implement 5s activities in the store department - Store materials systematically and maintain good housekeeping in the factory - Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain results - Implement Kanban for all consumable items and ensure 100% material availability - Minimize waste, control costs, and prepare monthly reports - Identify and segregate non-conforming materials in the stores - Prepare and maintain all store records as per the master list - Follow up on items sent outside the factory for job work - Review and update Risk & Opportunity register - Responsible for receipt and issue of material from the stores, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy - Proper storage of materials with inspection and test status - Verify receipt materials documents against purchase order requirements - Maintain product identification of all products in the stores - Coordinate with all functions for routine consumption - Follow quality management programs and operating procedures - Ensure strict compliance with documented quality systems in the stores - Control process suitable maintenance of facility and equipment for efficient use of natural resources - Ensure safe custody of material and be the custodian of FIM - Pack material for dispatch as per export standards and prepare necessary documents - Lead store department and be overall responsible for smooth functioning of the job Qualifications Required: - Any graduate, preferably B. Com / M.
