Job Description

Arranging the BGs /LCs from Banks on time and its renewals
Preparing of CMA data and other financial data of the Company for working capital facilities and providing information as required by Banks/FIs
Verifying and making Statutory Payments (i.e.TDS and GST, ESI,PT&PF) and maintaining Funds for Prompt Payments
Handling Head Office Treasury Function for allocation of funds for running of projects/maintaining project wise collections/ and requirement of fund for bidding of new projects
Obtaining Credit Facility/Solvency Certificates from Banks for bidding purpose
Preparing Monthly MIS of FDRs (Margin Money kept for BG/ILC’s)
Providing information to internal and statutory auditors – Loan schedules, FDR & Interest schedules, LCs and BGs data
Maintaining good relations with Bankers and FIs
