Manager /Sr. Manager - Quality Control -Sponge Iron (D R I)

• Central Laboratory/ Direct Reduce Iron (350tpd 2 kiln,)

• Testing sponge iron chemistry hourly basis and separate material into different bunker accordingly their grade for outside & SMS dispatch.

• Responsible for Quality results of all incoming raw material , semi Finished products & Finished Products and reporting to higher officials.

• Attending Joint analysis for SMS & outside parties.

• Sample collection and preparation of incoming raw material by rake , road as per IS methods.

• Chemical & Physical analysis of Iron ore pellets /lumps ,Coal, Dolomite, Sponge iron, (parameters TI ,AI, TM, MPS, Size analysis, CCS, Porosity, Proximate analysis, Metallic iron, Carbon, Sulphur, Phosphorus, alumina, Cao & MGO, Total iron, LOI, coal Sulphur , Furnace oil , diesel, (density ,GCV).

• Skills in conducting chemical Analysis of,

  Incoming Raw material Check, Sponge Iron(DRI), Iron ore, Raw material testing

  Limestones, Dolomite, Calcium lime, Raw water analysis, Thermal coal

  ,Coal, Coke, on the basis of Analytical Procedure Development and other quality measures (SOP).

• Gained extensive exposure while adhering as per the NABL/ISO/ASTM/BIS/AISI standards and norms ,An effective communicator

• Chemical analysis of minerals & ore , Environment Division (Stack

• Emission Monitoring, Ambient Air

• Quality Monitoring, Noise , Water etc )

• Flue gas Analysis through ORSAT Apparatus .
