Experience in Pharma Production process Material Planning (RM/PM) Inventory control Supply Planning (finished goods replenishment, production planning, Material replenishment. Third Party to In-house development including costing, coordination with F&D and ADL. Strategy planning for identifying third party products for In-house Shifting. Hands on Experience in SAP MRP Run. Monitoring strategies for plant production efficiency like yield Loss, process time, batch size optimization others. Tracking of Demand Vs Commit Vs Actual| Sales tracking | Revenue tracking I Bottlenecks to revenue| Materials coverage trend| KPIs designed and aligned for cross functional teams in line with Plan and revenue targets Continuous Improvement Processes: Planning cycle activities| Supply chain I process improvements. Owner of Daily/Monthly/Fortnightly/ Weekly dashboards/ MIS/OTIF reports & presentations Yearly Budgeting RM/PM KnowledgeExperience of handling multiple Plant operations Strategy on Product Risk Mitigation Experience in handling team Coordination CFT Team Member Plant TeamF&D ADLPurchase Team Internal team
