Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager Manufacturing Cost Accountant to oversee cost accounting processes in an ERP environment.
The candidate will develop and maintain cost accounting systems, track and analyze production and project costs, and perform product costing to support pricing decisions. Responsibilities include managing site payables, monthly and annual closing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
The role requires collaboration with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
The manager will provide timely financial reports, cost analysis, and insights for strategic decision-making.
The position involves driving cost audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and continuously improving processes for efficiency, transparency, and accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for independent management of cost accounting operations.
