Manager / Sr. Manager - FP&A (IPO Support)

Key Responsibilities:

IPO Support

• Support the finance leadership and external advisors (investment bankers, auditors, legal counsel) in all IPO-related financial workstreams.
• Assist in the preparation of

  Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP)

  financial sections and other SEBI-required disclosures.
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial data for due diligence, roadshows, and investor Q&A.
• Analyze historical performance and build detailed narratives around business growth, margins, and KPIs.
• Support the buildout of financial models and valuation benchmarks aligned with IPO expectations.
• Liaise with statutory auditors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and restated financials.

Investor & Stakeholder Readiness

• Assist in preparing

  investor presentations, Board decks, and analyst briefing materials

• Benchmark company performance against peers and industry trends to position the equity story.
• Collaborate on strategic projects such as business unit profitability, pricing, and cost optimization.

FP&A Core Functions

• Partner with business units to collect and analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models (revenue, cost,margin, cash flow).
• Assist in monthly reporting packages for internal stakeholders and Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent with 36 years of experience in FP&A.
• Prior experience with an IPO (Indian or international) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
