Sr. Manager- Digital Marketing

Experience: 12- 15 years i

Bachelors/Maste rs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing. • Certifications: Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement) and Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred).

JD

1. Performance Marketing Campaigns

i. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).

ii. Develop strategies tailored to domestic and international audiences to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

2. Campaign Optimization

i. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

ii. Continuously optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to enhance performance.

3. Market Segmentation & Targeting i. Implement advanced targeting techniques, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and regional-specific campaigns. ii. Customize campaigns to cater to different regions, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance.

4. Budget Management

i. Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the best utilization of resources. ii. Maintain a balance between domestic and international campaign investments.

5. Creative Collaboration Social Media management & SEO Activities i.

i. Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.

ii. Ensure all creatives align with the brands messaging and campaign objectives.

iii. Influencer Marketing and collaborations with relevant teams iv. SEO onpage & offpage activities, blogs, bookmarking and other activities to get ranking on first page of google for International and domestic campaigns.

6. Reporting & Insights

i. Create detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights and latest tools to monitor the campaigns.

ii. Share performance updates with leadership and recommend strategies for improvement.

7. Global Campaign Expertise Execute and manage cross-border (International) paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional market preferences and regulations.

ii. Handle localization of content, including language, visuals, and messaging.

8. Staying Updated

i. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Google and Meta advertising & Digital Marketing

ii. Experiment with new tools, ad formats, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
