Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility on Google.
    • Perform technical audits and collaborate with developers to fix crawl issues, page speed, and mobile usability.
    • Monitor keyword rankings and optimize content for search performance.
  • SMM (Social Media Marketing):

    • Plan, curate, and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
    • Engage with followers, run campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
    • Analyze campaign performance using insights tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Web Development Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the web development team or external vendors to update website content, structure, blogs, and service information.
    • Ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed optimization, and SEO-friendly architecture.
    • Regularly test website functionality and ensure seamless UI/UX for patients and partners.
  • Ads Management (Google & Social Media):

    • Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns for patient acquisition, awareness drives, and specific services (e.g., PET-CT, radionuclide therapy).
    • Manage paid ads on Meta platforms, monitor ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, and CPL (Cost per Lead).
    • Perform A/B testing and conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Content & Campaign Management:

    • Support the content team in creating engaging email campaigns, health awareness posts, and landing pages.
    • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and clinical teams to produce compliant and informative creatives.
    • Coordinate with doctors and departments to create impactful local and regional campaigns (including vernacular content).
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly dashboards on SEO traffic, leads, campaign performance, and conversions.
    • Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Ahrefs/SEMrush to extract actionable insights.
    • Monitor competitors digital activity and recommend new digital strategies.
  • Tech Stack Familiarity (Bonus):

    • WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Semrush, Zapier.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and organic growth through SEO.
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs: traffic, engagement, CPL, conversion rate.
  • Working knowledge of tools like GA4, Search Console, and automation tools like Zapier or Mailchimp.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, medical, tech, business).
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, creativity, and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills; familiarity with healthcare compliance in digital content is a plus.
  • Passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare innovation and patient education.
