Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Generation of Spares business.
  2. Maintaining AOP for Booking, Sales & Recovery.
  3. Spares sale through Dealers and expansion of network.
  4. Generation of Replacement, Retro fitment & Reverse Engineering Business.
  5. Appointment of New Channel Partners & strengthening dealer network.
  6. Maintain Customer data bank for the assigned territory.
  7. Participate in Dealer/Mechanic/Customer meet to educate them for Genuine spares. Initiate and execute Promotional activities like Seminars/ Exhibitions /Customer Direct mailer/ In House seminars/ASC meet.
  8. To interact with Planning, Purchase and other internal stake holders to maintain on time delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    10-15 years in the pump industry, preferably in a spares business.
  • Education:

    Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization.
