Responsibilities: Manage spares sales to dealers and direct customers in power, refinery, petrochemical, and water sectors. Maintain a comprehensive customer database and pump population records. Generate enquiries and submit budgetary offers/tenders to direct customers. Visit dealers/customers for business enquiry generation and follow-up Develop and maintain the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for business contribution. Comply with management reporting requirements (MIS). Ensure adherence to commercial policies, including business achievement, recoveries from dealers, and payment collection from direct customers. Identify and nurture new customers and areas of operation. Implement spares business growth strategies. Appoint new channel partners Conduct technical presentations, chargeable training sessions, and promotional marketing for spares business. Initiate and execute promotional activities such as seminars, exhibitions, customer direct-mailers, in-house seminars, influencers meets, and ASC meets Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and logistics teams for order execution. Resolve dealer issues related to transit damage, wrong/short supply, price discrepancies, and settlement of discounts and incentives. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 4-9 years in the pump industry, preferably in a similar role. Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of heavy engineering equipment and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in interpreting sectional drawings, general assembly drawings, and component metallurgy. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
