About the job: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and business objectives. - Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. - Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking. - Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and strategy for maximum reach and engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate our social media efforts. Requirements: - Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Real estate or lifestyle industry. - Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media presence. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices. - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a passion for design and aesthetics. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
