Manager- Sitecore & Web Development

As a seasoned professional in software development, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Sitecore and Web development engineers. Your role will involve providing guidance on technical challenges and career development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and encouraging innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. You will conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members. Additionally, you will oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and maintainable Sitecore solutions and web applications. Ensuring adherence to Sitecore best practices, driving technical standards across the team, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with other engineering leaders, you will define and enforce coding standards, code review practices, and development workflows. Working closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Managing the end-to-end delivery of Sitecore projects, coordinating with other teams, and driving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development process will be key responsibilities. As the primary point of contact for Sitecore-related initiatives, you will communicate project status, risks, and challenges to senior leadership. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in software development and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing development teams. Deep expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, including Sitecore MVC, SXA, and Sitecore JSS, is essential. You should also demonstrate strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, modern web technologies, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with headless CMS architecture, Sitecore Content Hub, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern JavaScript frameworks is preferred. Your ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. Preferred skills include Sitecore Certification, experience with microservices architecture, API-driven development, knowledge of user experience best practices and design systems, and familiarity with personalization, analytics, and Sitecore marketing features.,
