Job Description

Planning Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution as per project schedule
Construction Supervision Monitor civil, structural, and finishing works, ensuring quality and adherence to drawings
Coordination with Stakeholders Work closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve site-related issues
Resource Management Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery at the site
Quality Control & Safety Implement quality assurance processes and enforce safety protocols as per industry standards
Billing & Documentation Verify work progress, assist in contractor billing, and maintain proper site documentation
Material Management Track material consumption, reconciliation, and timely procurement to avoid work delays
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Address technical challenges, deviations, and unforeseen site conditions
Compliance & Regulations Ensure execution aligns with legal, environmental, and municipal guidelines
Reporting & Progress Updates Provide regular project status updates to senior management and ensure transparency in execution
