Job Description

Order Intake & Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify service sales opportunities from Siemens installed base and competitor systems. Drive modernization initiatives by offering tailored Siemens solutions and portfolio offerings.

Service Agreements Management:

  • Convert warranties into long-term service agreements and ensure timely renewals of existing agreements.

Upselling & Add-on Services:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for extensions, upgrades, and add-on service projects.

Installed Base Penetration:

  • Develop strategies to increase service penetration within Siemens own installed base.

Market Development:

  • Drive regional sales strategies in

    North India

    to promote Siemens

    IBMS (Intelligent Building Management Systems)

    offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in service sales, preferably in the building technologies, automation, or infrastructure domain.
  • Strong understanding of modernization, retrofitting, and lifecycle service strategies.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and provide consultative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Siemens products and solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel within North India as needed.
