Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; review preventive maintenance schedules.
Lead project designing, monthly/annual inventory planning for work area.
Verify preventive maintenance records, daily logs, and SOPs.
Inspect and verify procured spares/items; ensure availability during maintenance or breakdowns.
Receive, allocate, and close work orders upon job completion.
Ensure process equipment validation, handle critical breakdowns, and initiate corrective actions.
Handle exceptions, non-conformance, and change controls in QMS software; execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare layouts/schematic diagrams for all equipment and areas.
Ensure compliance with internal/regulatory/customer audit observations for the engineering department.
Promote and display quality culture principles and behaviors.
Adhere to and enforce environmental management systems and procedures.
