Job Description

As an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Seller Enablement at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our third-party sellers on the Walmart Marketplace. Your responsibilities will include providing sellers with the necessary tools, resources, and support to thrive in the marketplace. Additionally, you will work on enabling internal sales and account management teams to achieve their goals by establishing processes, SOPs, and tools, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall seller experience. Your role will also involve measuring seller satisfaction through feedback analysis and strategic actions. About the Team: The Walmart India Cross Border team focuses on enabling Indian brands, manufacturers, and MSMEs to sell their products on global Walmart online marketplaces. This initiative aims to help sellers expand their business internationally and contribute to Walmart's goal of sourcing $10 billion annually from India by 2027. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies to enhance seller performance and satisfaction. - Identify seller pain points and design scalable solutions to address them effectively. - Drive the adoption of new Walmart Marketplace features and services among sellers. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs and contribute to the development of seller-facing tools. - Create and maintain high-quality seller-facing content such as guides, tutorials, and best practices. - Monitor key seller performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. - Establish benchmarks and track the impact of enablement initiatives on seller success. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to identify opportunities for enhancing Walmart Marketplace's seller offerings. Qualifications: - MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree. - 5+ years of program management experience. - 3+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. - Proven track record of developing successful programs that drive business growth. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional teams.
