This position is responsible for the implementation of various projects and enhancement requests within the SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Cash Management space. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, governance framework creation, and the execution of transformation strategies aligned with Zoetis treasury and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution designs across SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Cash Management modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Design a robust governance framework and document detailed SOPs for front-office, middle-office, and back-office treasury operations, defining roles, responsibilities, and data flows aligned with treasury policies.
• Develop and implement strategies for process enhancements such as bank rationalization, operating model optimization, cash pooling, In-House Banking, and cash forecasting.
• Partner with banking institutions and internal stakeholders (e.g., Tax, Legal, IT, AR/AP, Controllership) to define and execute Treasury transformation and architecture strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly within SLA guidelines and provide ongoing business user support.
• Lead and support the team to uphold high-quality deliverables.

• Interact with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and scheduling for SAP-related projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors or partners who provide software or integration services.
• Work closely with implementation partners managing deployments, configurations, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with developers and other team members to implement solutions and address technical challenges.

Education and Experience

• Education:

• Master's/bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting
• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification required

• Experience:

• 12+ years overall SAP experience, including 6+ years in Treasury, Risk, and Cash Management
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA Treasury greenfield implementation
• Proficiency in Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Exposure and Hedge Management
• Implementation, enhancement, and production support project experience
• Experience integrating with systems such as FXALL, Finastra, DTCC
• Knowledge in FSCM, BAM, BCM, and In-House Banking
• Proven experience leading business process workshops and performing Fit/GAP analysis
• Hands-on experience with incident/change management and project documentation tools

• In-House Banking, Intercompany Netting, FX Back-to-Back & Mirroring
• Bank Account and Bank Communication Management
• Knowledge of FSCM and financial integration
• Integration with:
• FXALL, Finastra, DTCC, Bloomberg, market data platforms
• Technical collaboration involving:
• User Exits, BAPIs, Function Modules, coordination with ABAP developers
• Treasury report generation and analysis: cash flow, liquidity, FX exposure, hedge effectiveness, risk metrics

Physical Position Requirements

• Regular working hours:

  3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift)

• Additional overlap with the EST time zone may be required during production go-live
