Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Rice Mill and FRK (Fortified Rice Kernel) unit. Your main duties will include supervising staff to ensure work is completed on time, maintaining quality and production targets, coordinating raw material and finished goods movement, keeping records and daily reports, and ensuring machines and equipment run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the Rice Mill and FRK unit - Supervise staff to ensure work is completed on time - Maintain quality and production targets - Coordinate raw material and finished goods movement - Keep records and daily reports - Ensure machines and equipment run smoothly Qualifications Required: - Experience in Rice Mill or Food Processing preferred - Basic knowledge of handling workers and production - Must be ready to stay on-site full-time - Should be responsible, hardworking, and a team leader Additional Details: The company offers free stay and food inside the campus, a good salary with incentives for performance, a peaceful and safe work environment, and the chance to work in a growing company.
