Job Description

As the Manager, SANITY Business Operations FO Data & Workflow Enablement at Sandoz, you play a strategic role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely execution of Financial Obligation (FO) data and related workflows in SANITY. Your key responsibilities include: - Financial Obligations Management: - Maintain and validate FO entries in SANITY, ensuring timely updates upon milestone completion - Assist in the creation of new FOs and drive meaningful FOs consolidation for ease of validation post deal signature - Oversee ownership and transfer of FO and associated project records across project stages in SANITY - Invoice & Accruals Processing - Data Integrity & Compliance Oversight: - Ensure FO data meets audit and compliance standards by maintaining complete documentation for audit trails - Challenge data or input provided when necessary to maintain data integrity - Monitor data quality metrics and support remediation efforts - Business Enablement & Workflow Optimization: - Provide guidance and operational support to SANITY users across various functions - Assist in the development, refinement, and training of FO-related processes and SOPs - Support operational teams until full system access is enabled - Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: - Administer SANITY dashboards and reports to identify and notify CARs eligible for closure - Report on open, overdue, and closed CARs and FOs across various dimensions - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to establish best-in-class ways of working Education, Qualifications, and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in data quality, financial operations, or compliance roles - Familiarity with enterprise systems and data governance frameworks - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience working in cross-functional and global teams Skills And Expertise: - Strong project management skills - Knowledge of pharma industry compliance and audit standards - Experience with hosted roles and budget planning - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Personal Attributes: - Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills - Proven ability to work effectively in complex matrix organizations - Proven ability to take initiative and work independently Sandoz, a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, is committed to shaping the future and providing more patients access to low-cost, high-quality medicines sustainably.
