Manager Sales - Retail Sales / Auto Sales

The Sales Manager- Real Estate Sales role is a senior position focused on driving and managing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. This individual will oversee a team of Sales Engineers, develop and execute sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include expanding the client base, fostering strong relationships, providing leadership to the sales team, and ensuring the growth of all assigned product lines.
This position requires proven leadership experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.Set sales objectives and ensure team alignment with company goals.Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationshipmanagement.Team Leadership and Support:Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients.Provide high-level customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

Operational Responsibilities:
Ensure timely submission of all reports, including sales forecasts, expense reports, andperformance analyses.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan trade shows, conferences, and promotionalevents.Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.Support the team in resolving complex client requirements and providing technicalassistance.

Exp.-Minimum 7-10 years of experience Sunday Working. Weekly one day off.
