Manager Sales Pravesh (On Contract)

As a full-time contractual Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the booking of orders in alignment with the business plan and to maintain an adequate order funnel. It is crucial to achieve the sales to booking ratio as per the set plan. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the Manufacturing Unit/ Supply Chain team to ensure sufficient inventory availability in the system, thereby avoiding stock out situations. - Establish a robust sales and delivery process to effectively reach the customer. Key performance indicators include the quality of data captured, number of distributor visits, increase in app adoption, and Net Promoter Score. - Conduct regular meetings, engagement programs for influencers, and organize presentations. Additionally, set up an installer team and directly manage top accounts. - Train and develop the distributor sales force through various methods such as BM shadowing. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales value chain and focus on maintaining profitability. - Ensure after-sales service to consumers, manage consumer complaints, and ensure relevant installation teams are in place with the distributors to serve customers effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
