Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales process workflows, ensuring consistency and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain salesforce/Zoho CRM and ensure the customer data/state and other details are accurately maintained and reported on regular basis
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline metrics to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline lead-to-cash activities
  • Work with the legal team, operations and infosec to close the agreement along with the agreed commercials from the AM.
  • Maintain the agreements ensure timely renewal of agreements and POs to ensure smooth business.
  • Gather all onboarding infosec requirements of the clients and coordinate with Infosec to ensure closure before onboarding.
  • Ensure new clients onboarding as per SOP, making sure the data required for onboarding, setup configuration and invoicing is all available to operations and product teams.
  • Ensure no-code customization requirements are implemented and tested on UAT before taking a client to production.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and flag performance risks or anomalies
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience liaising with the RBI or similar regulatory bodies.
  • A Startup mentality: comfort with ambiguity, a willingness to test, learn and improve rapidly
  • People leadership: building and developing a high-performing team across business, product, technology
  • External facing skills: Influencing and negotiating with industry bodies, thought leaders, regulators, etc.
