Position Summary We seek a dynamic Content Creator to join our Marketing team and work with the Global Leader of Corporate Communications and Content. You will significantly influence content and editorial projects across global marketing, ensuring the most strategic initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively. As a leader and collaborator, you are both a visionary and an implementer—a relationship builder who thrives on organizing and delivering high-quality content. You will translate complex ideas into compelling, data-driven content that aligns with broader marketing objectives. Partnering with marketing, you will bring our content strategy to life, driving its success across multiple platforms and formats. Job Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with Portfolio and Product Marketing to implement Axtria’s content strategy rooted in industry trends, custom research, competitive insights, and performance metrics. - Inspire a content team to produce innovative, engaging content that resonates with B2B technology buyers and aligns with the company’s campaign goals. - Champion content strategy best practices across teams, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and brand positioning throughout all content. - Use data from the analytics team to generate actionable insights, guide content development, and refine strategy for maximum impact. - Oversee a centralized editorial calendar, managing content priorities and ensuring alignment across editorial and marketing teams. - Stay on the pulse of evolving content strategies, including keyword optimization and emerging best practices – with a focus on Business-to-Business tech buyers. - Conduct content audits and gap analyses, ensuring content aligns with audience needs and journey requirements at every stage. - Assess the long-term impact of content on client perceptions and business outcomes, driving continuous improvement. Education Master of Business Administration in Marketing Work Experience - Bachelor’s degree required. - 12-14 years of experience in B2B content production, with a strong content strategy, management, and analytics foundation. - Experience in editorial, publishing, or feature writing is a plus. - Strong background in IT services or software industry is preferred. - Proven success in leading through change and building consensus within a complex, matrixed organization. - Exceptional prioritization skills with a track record of motivating teams to deliver high-value work. - Proficiency with content and marketing technology platforms such as Contently, Percolate, and Adobe Experience Manager. - Self-driven, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
