As a Manager Sales- International Business at Neptunus, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the Engineering Business in the Middle Eastern & African territories. Your main purpose will be to drive aggressive growth targets and expand the company's presence in the oil & gas and marine sectors. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in helping Neptunus become a leading one-stop technology solution provider in international territories. **Key Responsibilities:** - Secure Sales of INR 50 crores in the 1st year and achieve a 30% increase Year-Over-Year over the next three years from Engine spares & services and engine management solutions. - Identify and prospect new opportunities for new and existing prospects in industries like Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial data center, and Shipping Industry. - Understand customer requirements and needs to provide tailored solutions. - Visit decision-makers of existing accounts in India & Dubai. - Handle objections and drive negotiations for hot opportunities above 15 lakhs. - Expand into new territories and maintain a database of customers to build a pipeline for the future. - Provide intelligence to ops/engineering team for the preparation of quotes and proposals. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E. Mechanical/ MMS/ MBA - 6-8 years of experience in sales, with a track record of adding new customers or revenue from new customers. - Experience in selling engine spares/services in the marine/oil & gas sector. - Should have achieved 80% of sales targets on a year-on-year basis. - Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to convert RFQs to Purchase orders. - Hunger for sales, growth, and closing deals. - Organized, process-oriented with strong follow-up skills. - Driven to build relationships with customers and sell solutions.
