Job Description

As a Manager - Sales - International Business at Neptunus, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the growth of the Engineering Business in the Middle Eastern & African territories. Your responsibilities will involve driving aggressive growth targets, expanding the company's presence in the oil & gas and marine sectors, and helping Neptunus become a leading technology solution provider in international territories. **Key Responsibilities:** - Secure sales of INR 50 crores in the first year, with a 30% increase year-on-year over the next three years from Engine spares & services and engine management solutions - Identify and prospect new opportunities for new & existing prospects in the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Heavy Engineering sectors - Understand customer requirements and needs to provide tailored solutions - Visit decision-makers of existing accounts in India & Dubai - Handle objections and drive negotiations for hot opportunities - Close sales to meet target throughput - Expand into new territories for Engine spares & services, ZP spares & services, and Engine Management Solution - Build a database of customers to create a pipeline for the future - Maintain customer data in CRM software and provide intelligence to ops/engineering team for quote and proposal preparation **Qualifications Required:** - B.E. Mechanical/ MMS/ MBA - 4+ years of sales experience in prospecting, need creation, follow up, closing sales, account development, and customer relationship management - Track record of adding new customers or revenue from new customers annually - Experience in selling engine spares/services in the marine/oil & gas sector - Proficiency in using CRM software - Achievement of sales targets consistently - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas, make presentations in English - Negotiation skills and ability to convert RFQ to Purchase order - Hunger for sales, growth, and closing deals - Organized, process-oriented with strong follow-up skills - Driven to build relationships with customers and sell solutions Neptunus offers a transparent work environment, opportunities to learn new technologies, develop yourself, and grow.
