Hiring for Manager - Sales (Freight Forwarding) - 4 Positions

Sales Managers

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in the
Freight Forwarding Industry
.
Domain Expertise:
Must have experience and knowledge in
Ocean and Air Import
freight solutions.
Track Record:
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets (sales proficiency should be double or higher).
Education:
University Graduate or equivalent.
Communication:
Excellent English & Hindi spoken and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue.
Explore and pinpoint new markets and potential clientele to achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
Enhance and expand net revenue from designated customer accounts.
Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and partners at various levels.
Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer needs.
Proactively follow up on sales leads and contribute to quotation creation based on account requirements.

Compensation & Location:

Salary:
CTC
12 - 18 Lac per annum
